    1996年,全市地方财政收入完成37.6亿元,占预算的114%,比上年增长29.4%;其中,
工商税收完成29.57亿元,占预算的105.2%,比上年增长23.7%。全市地方财政支出完成
41.63亿元, 占预算的121.9%,比上年增长26.3%。加上中央、省专项补助,全市财政总
支出为46.59亿元, 占预算的117.1%,比上年增长25%。按现行财政体制有关规定计算,
当年收支相抵,平衡有余。
