    1996年10月29日至11月1 日在青岛举行。本届博览会集展示、研讨、洽谈、贸易、
技术交流与商务考察为一体。共有中国、美国、日本、加拿大、阿根廷、俄罗斯、法
国、 英国、意大利、南非等31个国家和地区的400多家公司、3000多人参会。海外参
展摊位达250多个、参会1000余人。共成交项目34个, 成交额3687万美元,其中与外商
合作的项目28个, 成交额3086万美元,占总成交额的83.7%。成交项目多为水产品深加
工、高附加值、新技术、新产品的项目。
