委副书记胡延森, 市委常委、组织部长张旭升,市人大常委会副主任王吉宾,市政协副
主席秦玉生出席开幕式。胡延森代表市委、市政府作了重要讲话。会议选举产生了市
青联七届委员会主席、副主席和常委,卞建平当选主席。
