    全年全市新经济组织新建工会611个,并同步建立了女职工委员会。其中外商投资
企业工会263个, 私营企业工会70个。全市新经济组织工会总数已达2670个,比上年增
长29.7%;共发展新经济组织工会会员28万余人,职工入会率达到81%。全市已向外商独
资企业选派工会干部187名, 较好地发挥了新经济组织中工会的作用。全市134处乡镇
已全部建立了工会组织, 配备了相应的工会干部;全市77个街道办事处,已有70个建立
了工会。
