<br>    1996年10月11日,北海舰队驻青部队官兵和部分老红军共900余人在青举行报
告会, 纪念红军长征胜利60周年。大会以“忆长征、学红军、向未来”为主题,7位参
加过长征的老红军出席会议。北海舰队司令员王继英主持报告会。10月15日, 司令员
王继英、政委傅鸿基等首长和4位亲身经历过长征的老红军,以及在战争年代和和平时
期为部队建设做出突出贡献的部分战斗英雄、英模代表出席座谈会。
