    1996年全市各级信访部门共撰写调研报告73篇, 提供信息3119条,80%以上被各级
领导采用。 市信访局全年共编写《信访情况》、《群众反映》、《信访动态》等120
期,为市委、市政府领导提供信息920件,领导批示率达95%,并编写调研报告15篇,其中
90%以上被各级领导采用。加强了信息网络建设,各市、区、市直单位建立了35处信息
直报点,畅通了信息渠道。
