    建于1937年，原称“新新公寓”。1961年改称“青岛华侨饭店”，现为市乔办直
属事业单位。 该饭店原有33间客房、77个床位，1987年投资200万元人民币和65万美
元进行翻建，增至62间客房、136个床位；大、中、小餐厅10个，可同时容纳300人就
餐；并设有中央空调、中央音响、闭路电视等现代化设施。该饭店以鲁菜风味见长，
其“葱烧海参”为1986年山东省第一届鲁菜大奖赛10大名菜之一。
