    亦称“青岛华侨旅行社” ，1976年成立。1978年9月起为市乔办直属县级事业单
位。其主要任务是做好来青华侨、港澳台同胞、外籍华人的旅行委托、食宿安排、参
观导游和出租汽车等综合接待服务工作；开展组织归侨、侨眷赴港旅游业务。该社于
1986年成立了“华侨旅游侨汇服务公司”，开办了“境外买单，境内提货”的业务。
1987年开办了公务人员出国签证业务。该社还于1987年开工兴建青岛中旅大厦，总投
资1300万元。
