    青岛市那些的村民委员会，是1984年实行政社分开、建立乡政府工作结束后，以
原来生产大队为基础建立起来的，到1987年任期届满。根据山东省《村民委员会工作
简则（试行）》规定，从1987年3月到8月对全市6076个村民委员会及其下属各工作委
员会成员、村民小组进行了改选。与上届相比，村委会成员中具有高中以上文化程度
的由12%上升到19%，初中文化程度的由39%上升到44%，平均年龄由45岁下降到37岁。
