    青岛市议价粮油经营是从1981年建立机构后开展的，到1987年已成为国营粮食商
业经营的重要组成部分。各县（市）区粮食局已成立粮油贸易公司。目前，有县分局、
粮库、加工厂成立粮油贸易公司20个，与全国24个省市和70个市地建立了业务往来和
信息交流的关系。
    1987年，全市议价购销总经营量55.51万吨，比1986年增长47.9%，其中议购粮食
3966万吨、议购油脂油料8.78万吨、议销粮食24.46万吨、议销油脂油料6.97 万吨，
实现利润907.56万元，比1986年增长62.06%。
