    为了加快船舶更新，该公司在资金短缺的困难条件下，扬长避短，积极开展横向
联合，与中国外贸运输总公司、山东省交通厅外贸运输公司建立起跨行业的经济效益
联合关系，   合资270 万美元购买了1 艘9170载重吨、328个箱为的集装箱货轮，于
1987年3月从意大利接回青岛，及时更新了报废的“鲁海65”轮，开办了集装箱业务。
