   1986年投资10万元，安装了自动化程度高、接转速度快、保密性强的120门纵横制
自动电话交换机， 经青岛市邮电局验收合格，于1987年7月10日正式纳入市话网，结
束了陆地通讯设备落后陈旧的历史。根据国际电信联盟的规定，1987年投资26.8万元，
在鲁海159轮、 174轮、184轮等船舶安装了具有体积小、频率准确、输出功率大、操
作使用便利的单边带电台、全波收信机和753雷达，保障海上通讯畅通无阻。
