    １９８１年６月起，即实行了计划外货物运输合同制度，将运输方法、货物集中、
装船时间、卸船时间、运输费用、违反合同等１１条款写入合同，严格履行，受到货
主的信赖。１９８１年至１９８７年合同履约率１００％，１９８７年被青岛市工商
行政管理局命名为“重合同、守信用企业”。
