    青岛卷烟厂被国家计委和中国烟草总公司列为“七五”期间重点改造的老企业之
一。1987年3月，该厂安装了从英国引进的具有世界先进水平的mk9-5卷烟机，并调试
高产。 上半年还安装了mk8卷烟机排尘系统和风力送丝系统及其系列设备，减轻了制
丝、卷烟工人的劳动强度，提高了生产效率。全年共计完成42项技改、大修、维修任
务。 “七五”规划的基建工作进展顺利。1987年5月16日，具有世界先进水平的该厂
25000平方米主厂房大楼开工。 年内，厂长张国植、总工程师梁笃强、副厂长门宗福
分别到联邦德国和英国进行了技术考察。
