    1987“双增双节”运动的推动下，青岛卷烟厂各生产车间严格执行工艺纪律，节
约点滴原材物料， 实现烟叶消耗55.2公斤/箱，比1986年降低2.8％，节约烟叶100余
万公斤， 折合人民币400多万元，进入全国同行业烟叶单耗先进行列。全年共节约标
准煤4076吨，平均单箱卷烟耗煤20.3公斤，比1986年下降7.3公斤。
