    人民路立交桥座落于人民路、温州路、小白干路、平安路等4条主干道的5个路口
交汇处， 呈“一”字形跨越人民路，将温州路、小白干路连结起来，总长486.1米，
其中桥长260米；共13跨，桥宽13.5米；桥下南北两侧各有7.5米宽的铺道，最高孔净
高5.6米。 负责施工的青岛市第一市政工程公司于1986年10月17日开始拆迁，同年冬
完成地下管网改造； 1987年2月3日开挖桥梁墩台、基坑，9月29日正式通车，比原定
工期提前3个月。 该桥建成后与杭州路立交桥相配合，使这一带交通阻塞严重的状况
大有缓和，通行能力提高2倍以上。
