    养两用人才工作， 行后开设工交、农林服务等5类4种专业培训班，有785名官兵
参加学习，751人获得技术等级证书。
    培养两用人才工作得到了中共青岛市委、市政府的大力支持，全区先后与市教育
局、 劳动局、民政局等8个局委办建立了共育关系，在体制上实现了育才、荐材、用
材一体化网络。青岛大学、建工学院、四方干校等单位派出教员，提供教室、实习场
地和教材，促进了培养两用人才工作任务的落实。（陈宝金）
