    【济南市第十届人民代表大会】
    代表名额为545名。1991年4月3～10日市十届人大第四次会议时，实有代表541名，
缺额4名。 第四次会议以来，有3名代表逝世，1名代表调离济南市。依照法律程序补
选代表3名， 至年底，实有代表540名，尚缺额5名。人大常委会组成人员第四次会议
时增补5名， 其中2名补选为副主任，实有38名；之后，1名去世，年末实有37名。年
底，市人大常委会有局级办事机构8个，内部工作处(室)5个，编制79人，实有79人。
