    1997年年底， 县、 乡、村三级成人学校网络已基本形成。其中，县办成人中专
(成教中心) 108所，占县、区总数的77.7％，有10所达到省级示范性成人中专标准；
乡、村办学面达到100％，有700处乡镇中心成人学校、1.22万个村成人学校达到省级
规范化学校标准，分别占总数的近1/3和1/6。培养中等专业人才3.5万，培训回乡初、
高中毕业生100万人， 培训农村劳动力1000万人，极大地提高了农民吸收、运用科技
的能力，有力地促进了农村两个文明建设。
