    平阴县交通局是政府实施交通行政管理的职能部门，主管全县辖区内的道路建设、
养护管理及交通规费征收管理，现有职工160人，11个乡镇都成立了地方道路管理所。
近年来， 全县形成了以县城为中心的四通八达的交通网络。全县通车里程已达500公
里，公路密度63公里/百平方公里，345个行政村村村通了柏油路。公路交通事业的快
速发展，对全县经济发展和对外开放发挥了重要作用。平阴县交通局连年被评为全市
交通工作先进单位。
