    设诱子是本地民间捉鹌鹑的一种方法，即用训好熬好的老鸟诱野地里的鸟入网被捉。这种方法被不法商贩所运用，来坑骗
顾客。就是商贩先安排人在货摊前装作观众或顾客，赞美商品如何好，如何便宜，有的还装模作样地抢先“购买”，诱使人们
上当受骗。现在一般都叫这样的假顾客假观众为“托”，使用这种方法也叫“设托”。这种方法深为百姓痛恨厌恶，但至今还
时有所见。
