    中华民族中最早从事农耕生产的应该是黄河两岸的居民.是黄河造就了肥沃的土壤,提供了丰富的水源，使他们脱离了“断
竹、续竹、飞土、逐宍（古肉字，指禽兽）”的狩猎生涯。他们把自己的汗水洒在黄河之滨，播种着粮食，也播种着希望，播
种着文明。祖居黄河沿岸的东明人民世世代代辛勤耕耘劳作，祖祖辈辈从事农副产品加工，以满足生产生活的需要。在几千年
的生产活动中积累了丰富的经验，也形成了自己特有的生产习俗。
