   【污染物总量减排】   2013年，县环保局紧紧把握“调结构、控新增、减存量”的主攻方向，制定主要污染物总量减排实
施方案，将减排任务分解到各乡镇、各企业及相关部门，加强对减排工作的督促指导。是年，通过落实各项减排工程，全县共
削减COD3400吨、氨氮350吨、SO23852吨，完成削减率分别是23%、24%、20%，超额完成年度减排目标，东明县被评为“全省污
染物总量减排工作先进县”。
