   【经营秩序整治】   2013年，县城市管理局开展城乡环境及学校周边综合整治，完成南华路菜市场经营户迁移；疏导梦蝶
路菜市场、西华路菜市场经营户进背街巷经营；引导步行街服装摊贩到财富广场和夜市一条街经营；着力清理向阳路、五四路、
工业路、站前路等店外经营、占道经营和市容“八乱”行为；巩固黄河路、解放路、曙光路三条严管示范街建设。全年共清理
查处违章经营摊点4496起。
