   【概况】   2013年，东明县城市管理局为正科级单位，人员编制100名，实有人员117名，主要行使城市规划区内环境卫生、
城市规划、城市绿化、市政、工商行政、公安交通等方面的行政处罚权及强制措施权。下设指挥中心、办公室、执法监督科、
法规宣教科和四个执法中队。全体干部职工以“城市建设突破年”为牵引，凝神聚力、务实苦干，精细化管理，人性化执法，
努力提升东明县的城市形象和品味。
