   【上级财税资金争取】   2013年，县财税部门协同相关部门紧紧抓住省委、省政府支持菏泽“打造鲁苏豫皖交界地区科学
发展高地”和菏泽被纳入“中原经济区规划、西部经济隆起带”的政策机遇，结合省政府《关于进一步深化省以下财政体制改
革的意见》精神，超前研究，盯紧跟进，全力搞好项目库的筛选、论证和储备工作，有针对性的做好项目对接，努力争取上级
支持。全年共争取上级各类财政资金14.97亿元，较上年增长12.74%。
