管理、控风险、促发展”的总体思路，以抓流程管理和客户经理队伍管理为基础、以提升信贷能力为核心、以转变营销方式为
手段，以产品多元化为媒介，探索客户信贷需求和服务方式，改进和提高金融服务水平，合理引导开发项目，优化资源配置，
大力发展小企业信贷业务，支持小企业发展。年内各项贷款余额1.698亿元，为中小企业发贷款4130万元。
