   【概况】   2013年，县棉花生产办公室在主要抓好棉花生产的同时，重点做好棉花高产创建、棉花良种补贴和信息上报等
工作。全县共植棉20.63万亩，亩产皮棉90公斤，总产皮棉1.86万吨。是年,国家专家组到东明县考察调研，对东明棉花生产给
予肯定，对麦、瓜、棉套种模式给予高度评价。
