   【无证无照经营整治】   2013年，县工商局为整治无证无照经营行为，制定下发《东明县工商局整治无证无照经营工作实
施方案》，上半年、下半年各开展一次专项行动，对城区及各乡镇工商所辖区经营业户进行“拉网式”清查。全年共清查经营
户1560户，下达责令改正通知书380余份，取缔无照经营54户，引导办照726户，有力地打击了无照经营行为。
