   【行政许可清理】   2013年，县发改局按照上级统一部署，对局行政许可事项进行集中清理。对没有法律、法规依据的行
政审批事项或虽有法律依据，但不符合发展要求，与现实管理要求不相适应、达不到管理目的的，一律取消。对保留的行政审
批事项，按照规范、高效、便民的要求，取消了领导签字把关程序，只要符合国家政策并资料齐全，大厅窗口直接给予办理，
简化了审批程序。
