   【综述】   2013年，全县政法工作以党的十八大和十八届三中全会精神为统领，以深入推进平安东明建设、法治东明建设、
政法队伍建设为载体，以创新社会管理、强化基层基础工作、推进执法规范化建设为重点，以转变作风、提升能力、加强监督
为保障，着力落实各项措施，人民群众安全感不断增强，司法公信力明显提升。全年共破获各类刑事案件1062起，打掉犯罪团
伙56个，抓获各类逃犯318人，行政拘留1666人，批准逮捕179件306人，审结刑事案件293件，判处犯罪分子381人.全县经济社
会发展环境和谐稳定。
