   【非税收征缴】   2013年5月，根据县政府批复的“全县非税收入项目”清单,起草《关于公布集中征收非税收入项目的通
知》，明确所有非税收入收缴都要在服务中心运行，做到服务中心外无收费（款），服务中心内规范收费（款）。对进厅单位
的政府非税收票据和资金，做到集中征缴，实行所有财政票据在服务中心统一领取和核销，所有款项在中心收款窗口统一收取。
是年，全县共受理行政审批事项4.38万件，按时办结率99.9%，集中收取各类款项13.47亿元。
