   【镇村建设】   2013年，刘楼镇政府驻地刘楼村借助交通区位优势，狠抓小城镇建设，倾力打造“生态、和谐、宜居”小
城镇。金水商业街及金水广场建成投入使用，商户入驻率达80%，成为群众休闲娱乐场所;汉盛宫度假村小吃一条街项目主体工
程完工，接待和洗浴中心加快建设；“和谐苑”小区建设基本竣工；长金备战路改扩建工程完成规划设计及拆迁评估；西营新
型社区房屋主体工程及水、电、道路硬化、亮化及下水道等配套设施建设全部完工，256户群众全部迁入新居。
