   【造血干细胞和器官捐献】  捐献造血干细胞是一项造福人类的福利事业。李聪是东明县首列造血干细胞捐献者。9月24日，
东明一中高三学生袁振在回家路上遭遇车祸，抢救无效，于11月24日死亡。其父母发扬大爱精神，成功捐献孩子的角膜、肝脏、
肾脏、胰腺等器官。东明县红十字会多次到袁振家慰问，发放慰问金5000元，同时市政府和县政府及多个部门领导也进行慰问，
彰显红十字精神。
