   【学校周边环境整治】   针对学校周边环境的“脏、乱、差”恶化程度，根据学校分布情况，制定整治措施，健全完善工
作机制。对林荫路县一中、第一实验小学周边摊位多、经营性质复杂，易形成市容环境污染和交通堵塞的实际情况，实行划线
经营，在商户门前统一划线管理。全年共划线350多米，清理店外经营213户、占道经营187次，查处噪音污染35起。
