   【供排水管网建设】   充分利用山东省委、省政府支持菏泽发展二十条政策，申请到省住建厅、省财政厅污水管网建设资
金支持，省财政计划五年内拨付管网补助资金4626 万元，年内到位资金 1951万元，着力将东明县城打造成“省级生态园林城
市”和“再生资源综合利用城市”。先后完成城区梦蝶路、振东路、黄河路、站前路等供水管网建设8.8 公里，完成城市供水
190万立方米，保证城市正常用水。新建污水管网18.2公里。
