   【登记发证】   县国土资源局切实抓好登记发证工作。依据《土地登记办法》的相关规定，认真审核、严格把关。2012年，
共对30宗国有土地使用权进行了审批登记，为39宗国有土地使用权办理了抵押登记手续，办理169宗农村宅基地登记手续。农村
集体土地所有权确权登记发证工作已全部完成，集体土地使用权发证完成了40%。
