   【项目资金争取】   东明县发展和改革局切实加强与上级业务部门的沟通、协调和联系，资金和项目争取工作取得显著成绩。
至2012年底，县自来水供水管网扩建、南城水厂工程、农村饮水安全、大型沼气建设、乡镇卫生院建设、医疗卫生体制改革等共
33个项目已争取到位上级资金8915.5 万元，比去年增长40%。同时还上报2012年廉租房、生猪标准化规模养殖场、乡镇卫生院改
造等各类项目13个，共申请上级资金11925万元，全年争取上级到位资金过亿元。
