   【小麦产业项目建设】   东明县2011年度现代农业生产发展资金小麦产业项目区位于小井乡，规划面积4.61万亩，共衬砌斗
级渠道9条，长度18.04公里，清挖疏浚田间沟渠380条，长度204.68公里；铺设输水管道114.6公里，修建桥涵闸等配套建筑物452
座，新建土壤墒情自动测报点1处，泵站远程控制中心1处。项目总投资3515万元。工程于2011年11月开工，2012年3月底竣工，5
月中旬分别通过省、市验收。项目区新增灌溉面积2.16万亩，改善灌溉面积2.45万亩。
