   【湿地公园升级建设】   为更好地保护县域湿地资源，普及湿地知识，在2011年省级湿地公园建设的基础上，报县政府批准，
拟建山东东明黄河国家湿地公园，委托国家林业局调查规划设计院编制总体规划。7月20日，通过山东省林业局专家组评审。11月
3日，通过国家林业局专家组实地考察和评审。年底完成国家级湿地公园的批复工作。
