   【社区警务工作】   进一步加大警务室建设力度，规范社区民警宣传、采集、防范、服务、排查、化解、协调、管理等职责，
出台《社区民警考核办法》，确保社区警务工作具体化、标准化，也即“干有标准、干有方向、干有所成”；坚持以大走访、“
三访三评”等活动为契机，依托“民警qq群”、“网上警务室”等平台，利用群众进警营、双述双评等活动进一步加强警民互动，
征求意见建议，接受群众评议，不断拉近距离、增进警民感情，提升群众满意度。
