的组织指挥程序，制定完善各种后勤保障方案。立足实际，想方设法对营院进行绿化美化，改善基础设施，重点对办公楼后侧进
行绿化，工作、生活环境进一步改善。对门岗、办公楼值班室进行整治和完善；为各科室增配办公电脑；投入5万元建设停车场。
健全完善财务管理制度，后勤综合保障能力大大提高。
