   【物探三维地震施工】   年初，中原油田物探公司在菜园集、武胜桥两镇进行三维地震探测，县支油办落实“超前、跟踪、
善后”三大服务，确保油区群众利益最大化，力求避免扣押油田车辆和阻止油田施工等不良事件发生。由于前期工作扎实跟进，
施工期间，没有发生一起因工农纠纷影响施工及群众上访事件，整个施工得以顺利进行。
