   【公积金资金运用】   是年，全市住房公积金购买国债余额为0,资金使用率为33.84%，资金运用率为9.8%。从2012年增值收
益中拿出2000万元用于全市廉租住房建设。城市廉租住房建设补充资金市、县应分配金额测算完成，市政府审批后，由市财政局
划拨到市、县财政部门，专项用于城市廉租住房建设或发放廉租住房补贴。
