   【概况】   2012年，县政府采购中心以服务政府工作为中心，以规范采购行为为重点，围绕“依法采购、优质服务、规范操
作、廉洁高效”的服务宗旨，在发挥政策功能，拓展采购领域，完善管理制度等方面取得新的突破。至12月底，县政府采购中心
共实施集中采购42次，其中公开招标2次，竞争性谈判15次，单一来源采购3次，询价采购22次，完成预算采购金额5504万元，实
际采购金额4841万元，节约资金663万元，资金节约率为12%。
