   【党建及民生工作】  积极推行基层党组织和党员公开承诺制，全年基层组织落实承诺58项，为群众办实事好事145件，落
实党员承诺95 项。结合辖区企业用工需求和农民意愿，米取“订单式”和定向培训等方式，安置失地农民就业460余人。推行
失地农民基本生活保障制度，对失地村60周岁以上老人和18周岁以下的弱势群体，每月给予60元的生活补助。全区农民全部纳
入新型农村合作医疗保障。抓好新农保落实，参保率达到100%。
