   【信访稳定】   小井乡坚持乡党委书记带头，乡长和全体副科级领导每天轮流公开接访，共完成接访及干部下访276人次，
当场办结215人次，批转办结61人次，办结率达 100%。全乡22个行政村全部设立矛盾纠纷排查信息员，建成横向到边、纵向到
底的全方位排查网络，切实做到信息排查到位、方法措施到位、问题处理到位。在全县“大下访、大排查、大化解、大问责、
大促进”百日会战活动中，共排查矛盾纠纷252起，成功化解250起，化解率达99%。
