   【信访稳定】  东明集镇全年组织开展6次矛盾隐患大排查，共排查各类信访隐患316件，其中共性类298件、涉法涉诉10件、
涉农7件，已化解304件，化解率达到96.2%。坚持副科级以上领导每天公开接访制度。组织开展各类安全隐患排查16 次，消除
各类安全隐患4次，全年实现安全生产及食品安全事故零记录。
