   【农业基础设施建设】   三春集镇进一步加大农业基础设施建设力度，打好农业增收基础。投资56万元，清挖沟渠28条，
动土25万方，修桥涵闸26座，受益村队21个，受益耕地4万余 亩。中调集三台挖掘机，对不畅通沟渠及时清理，共打通大小沟
渠26条，修建桥涵闸10座，新打机井12眼，累计购置抽水机械1240台(套），每天投入劳动力1.2余人。
