总投入2700万元，是集社区养老、医疗保健、文化娱乐为一体的新型老年福利服务中心。协助乡镇建设10个社区服务中心。投
资1700余万元，改造7处中心敬老院，全县五保对象集中供养率保持70%以上，五保经费实现县级财政统筹，人均供养标准超过
2500元。
